Thanks ladies for all of your ideas....we're officially getting off LI this weekend for a much needed break and fun-filled weekend. We're going to Hershey Park and Amish country.

PS - Use Priceline...we got a 4 star hotel(Holiday Inn) for $50/night!

Make sure you bring your bathing suit!! The new boardwalk at Hershey is INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Make sure you spray people on the coaster... It's so cool - you have water guns on the ground & can shoot the people with water - soaking them...that's the whole point of the ride - there are like 10 stations where you can shoot them. FH & I spent like 20 minutes here - it was so fun!

We're going mostly for the water park so swim suits are packed!
I can't wait...we're staying in York (a bit further but it was so cheap we couldn't resist). I can't wait for Amish country either!

You're going to have a great time...The Amish Country is actually quite fun! lol Just bring back lots of chocolate and pretzels :)

oooohh have fun!!! Amish country is beautiful - try to have dinner with an Amish family if you have time - they serve you A LOT of food!! Most of them organic too
