I just scheduled my e-pics for 9/17 at Sunken Meadow at sunset!!! I felt bad and annoying to call, but I have off that week from work so I wanted to make sure that I didn't have to take off more time for them, but it all worked out fine. I can't wait!!!! Although I'm petrified that we'll look beastly, we're soooooooooo not photogenic EEP. I can't wait to see how it all comes out!
Would you suggest scheduling a second makeup trial for that day to see how it photographs, even if it was mucho money, but you wanted to play with a different color palette? I really want to do a second trial to makeup do something more in warm tones than cool tones, but I really can't afford a second one BAH!

can you try one at like mac ? its a little cheaper and she can just play with colors you can always show your artist later what you liked and didnt

i highly suggest scouting out sunken meadow first if you havent been there... we did it for ours and none of us knew what it was like... so we had no idea where to go for some great pics...

yeah you should just schedule makeup at one of the counters in macys or bloomies! they do it for free i believe and try to talk you into buying something! i did it for my prom...that was a long time ago, but im pretty sure they still do it for free! i would just buy the lipstick if they try talking you into everything!

I got a 2nd make-up trial (technically) only because my make-up artist wasn't available
But I think it's really nice to get your make-up done for the epics because you may end up wanting to use these for something at the wedding. I mean, I know you have your adorable table numbers - but maybe for something else?
I say go for the trial... i know it is so exhausting to keep shelling out all this money, but it'll end soon enough..
I get mine back today! yay!

We're actually very familiar with Sunken Meadow because FH takes pics there himself too sometimes, and our photog takes a TON of e-pics there, so I'm sure we'll be ok!
