it has been a very productive morning with the FH, lol! we went to check out a limo company and we booked with them! :) and ROYALTY LIMOUSINES it is.. so what we got was a limo bus witch worked best for us since we have a huge bridal party and if we were to get the limos wed have to get 2 limos and i didnt like the idea of having people seperate and be in different cars. so the limo bus is perfect even though it doesnt look great in pictures, but what are you gonna do!? =[ at this point i had to think about the bridal party and how i didnt like the idea of everyone being seperated in different groups.. and for me and my dad we got the rolls royce 1949 witch i am in loveee with, hehe! the interior and everything, its gorgeous! than after the church me and FH will be going to crest hollow in the rolls royce while the bridal party goes in the party limo bus! =]
yay, im so happy! i am basically done with booking all these major vendors! all i have left is to decide what florist i want to go with and i am done! than all thats left is the little and extra things! it feels soo good to be done with the major biggest things! :)

We were just at Royalty today too (and checking out the limo bus as well)...I wonder if you were the couple in front of us? It's so funny that we had completely different experiences. We were not happy at all with the way we were treated and won't be going back

oh wow really? im sorry to hear that! at first i felt a little weird about them to tell you the truth but than after sitting down with the owner i started to feel different and thought they were ok! their pricing is very reasonable and thats what we liked, haha! we actually had looked at a couple other places and to be honest the quote we got today from royalty is nothing compared to what we got in other places so we figured lets just book with these! they were soo good in price for the limo bus and rolls royce i wanted, and we are getting a limo to pick us up at the end of the night to take us to the hotel and that he didnt charge us for and other places wanted to charge us for that even! and we are also getting a limo for our parents to drive them to the hall and back home at the end of the night and that he did a really good deal with us as well! the limo buses are soo expensive everywhere but at this place it was soo reasonable in pricing! im sorry you had a bad experience with them.. what didnt you like about them? im curious to know and see if i thought the same about them in that same area or if they did the same to us.. who did you deal with? the owner? and i cant believe they didnt treat you guys well and i am just curious what did they say or do that you didnt like?.. its funny cause i did feel like that when we were waiting to talk to someone but whatever... and i think i know who you are now, hehe! when we were walking out i think you were the couple sitting in the waiting room filling out the form! that is soo funny.. what a small world!

Where to begin LOL! That HAD to have been you that i saw when we walked in, and while we were filling out paperwork! That's so funny!
First of all, i'm really annoyed with a bunch of limo companies! I called around about the limo buses, and everyone told me don't make an appointment, just come in during showroom hours...that's easy enough! Except we've gotten attitude everywhere we've gone without an appointment. It makes no sense. And considering i'm really organized and wanted appt's, i'm certainly not making this up LOL!
When we first walked in, two different people told us to 'Sit down'. Not 'please have a seat, we'll be right with you' or 'how can i help you', just 'sit down'. We filled out the form, and then they didn't seem to want to discuss options with us at all in terms of what we needed, they just wanted to show us the bus. OK, fine. We checked them out, and we felt like we were bothering people by asking questions. They really didn't want to help us. At one point, we were standing alone in the showroom and really not sure how to get back inside LOL!
I need to find the name of the man we dealt with over prices, but we were definitely in the back office. He gave us a price and was very annoyed with us when we weren't ready to book right then and there. He said he wouldn't negotiate so we could go somewhere else, so he wouldn't help us until we came back in with $500 in cash to book and were serious. To their credit, they did call FH on his cell as we were driving away and offered a better deal, but we had such a terrible taste in our mouths already. I was very upset about this experience b/c they were rec by NRC and we had hoped to use them. I would probably be nit picking if i continued on with details of things that went wrong, but that's the bulk of it.
We had a really nice experience at MV Limo, and we had an amazing experience earlier at All Star Limo with an even better price and nicer vehicles.
I happen to really appreciate no pressure sales and people that understand you don't want to make a split second decision. We've encountered both kinds of vendors while doing all of this wedding stuff, and we always end up going with the nice, patient vendors that are willing to accommodate us. We were not making ridiculous demands at all.

yeah i see where you are coming from and i completely understand. i in the other hand did not go thru that with them cause if i did i too would feel the same way you are feeling and would not want to book with them either so i completely understand... good luck with finding a limo company! :)

yeah i checked out a few other limo company's and royalty was the only one that had the most descent looking bus that didnt remind me of like a tour bus or something. the other buses with other companies look more like a tour bus and i wouldnt like the idea of that in my pics, so we went with royalty because it was the most descent looking bus around and they gave us a nice quote that many places couldnt beat! :)
