YAY Wedding Bands Ordered!
FH and I decided to pay a visit to a few jewelers this weekend and just look at wedding bands.
At first we weren't going to buy anything but we had been walking around Roosevelt Field Mall and gone into Lundstrom's Jewelers.
Lynn and another salesperson that helped us were so very patient and answered every single question we can think of.. lol. FH and I had a ton of questions (more FH than I - I'm more into jewelry than he is).
I wasn't allowed to take any pics (boo- I was trying to sneak it..lol) but we found matching wedding bands (we wanted to match) that are two tone gold (yellow on outside- white in middle), matched and they had diamond cuts in the middle of the white gold ..I'm so happy about them. They cost us $350.00 each which is well within what we're willing to spend for wedding bands.
Even though we had said we weren't going to order anything until September we just couldn't pass them up- we ordered them and now have one less thing to worry about. We are going to have our first names and wedding date engraved inside of them once we get the bands in.
I'll try to sneak pics (I tried to find something online remotely close but couldn't find a thing) next time we have to go when they come in.
on a side note...one of the nicer things I got to try on during our shopping trip was a $2,500.00 diamond wedding band.. I was like 'wow'.
Altogether a very productive weekend!
