Yay!!...It's really here....

...my wedding weekend!!! I was planning on sleeping late since I took the day off of work, but I was too excited/nervous. I really can't believe it's finally here!

Congrats to all the other brides this weekend!!! How are you holding up?

Today I want to finish my programs and clean up our place since we are having friends over tomorrow and the guys are getting ready here on Sunday. Yesterday I dropped all the stuff off at the Swan Club and today I pick up my dress. I never posted this since things got too crazy around here, but I had to get a new dress just three weeks before my wedding. Some of you know the whole story, but I had a VERY bad experience with the original dress place I had gone to and had to rush and get a new dress. Thankfully I found an almost brand new sample that they were willing to sell to me at the Wedding Center in Commack. They were so sweet to me when they heard my story and even gave me a new veil for free since my old veil was diamond white and my new dress is ivory. Here is picture of it before they altered it. It was way too long. It's a Mori Lee.

Thanks! I appreciate it! Things seem to have a funny way of working out. Even though I am upset about my old dress and had to go through all that stress to find a new one, I love my new dress and can't wait to wear it.

I can relate because the NIGHT before our wedding I had to go out and get another dress and you know what, I loved the new one. It was perfect!!
