YAY....Just found out my raise . . .

I just got a 5% raise for next year.....not bad in the law firm world for non-attorneys! That is an extra 5% for the wedding!

Awesome! That is what I am hoping for but we don't get raises until the beginning of the fiscal year, which is July.

You are so lucky. My company doesn't give cost of living raises. I realized today that I've been making the same crappy salary since FH and I met which was 6 years ago. His salary has gone up $30K in that time and I'm the one with the degree

Also, I've had three different jobs since we met, it's not as if I've been in the same company since 2002.
