YAY/NOT SO YAY - Invites Arrived, Updated!!!!!
OMG - UPS tracking was INCORRECT!! I just got them!!!!!!!!!!
I haven't even opened the box yet - i just had to share my YAY!!!!!!!!!

Spoke with customer service a few times now. I asked for a proof, then someone called me back & left a message to say that on their files, the invite is perfectly straight. I called back to tell them whatever it looks like on their end, it's not like that here - with the actual product. They say fine...will redo.
Call me back again - there's no problem here, our files are fine. We cannot print over if there is no problem. I finally convinced them to allow me to email the scan to them so they could see just how crooked it was.
Call me back again - this time - WOW - a blind person must've said these were okay - we're soooooooo sorry. Something went wrong at the actual printer/press - our files are perfect, but something got jostled at the printer.
They are reprinting for free & I should be done with them now.
Just overall feedback - they were nice - but i didn't appreciate them doubting me that it was crooked...
