My FH and I got out permit from the town to start building our house. Construction will not be starting until Feb. but I am still very excited

We applied in Sept.. Town of Hempstead... took 12-16 weeks.

they just faxed us yesterday asking more questions...its so annoying..lol...bc we are a corner property there are so many rules/regulations! i just wanna get started already! but congrats to you, its so exciting!
