Yayy I'm so excited!!!!

Yayy I'm so excited!!!!

I just found out I had 2 weeks of vacation left for this year that I didn't know I still had! (I havent taken any vacation days because of my work schedule). Sooooo, I asked HR if anything can be done about it and guess what? They've agreed to roll them ALL over to next year!!! That means 2 extra weeks on top of my already vacation days! Normally, only 5 days can be rolled over.

Now I'm definately taking the week before the wedding off and 2 weeks of honeymoon - so excited!!! And then I will still have my regular days to take off!!!

This totally just made my day since it's been such a crappy week!

that's awesome... I wish I could have done that for next year too... I only get 10 days....

btw, you can use one of the days to go skiing!!! when there is no one on the mountain!

That's so friggen cool. I wish I could roll over days; we get 23 vacation days a year (plus 12 paid holidays) but we can't roll over ANY days, and we don't get paid out for them - use 'em or lose 'em. And we can't work a paid holiday day and get an extra vacation day (we get random days like Lincoln's birthday off).
