Yea! This has been my week~ TENURE!

I have been having such a great start to 2005! My DH got me cleaning people so I'll never have to clean again and I just had my LAST observation before TENURE!

I met with my principal today for a post conference on my lesson and she said she loved everything about it and that it's now just the waiting period before she submits my letter of recommendation for TENURE!

I had tenure before in SPED and was so torn about giving it up to go to reg. ed. but now I'm so glad I did!

Anyone else having a great start to the new year? I hope you all are having a great 2005!

congratulations!!! that was one of the best moments of my life- getting my tenure. It is such a sense of accomplishment and relief!!!!

I had my last observation the other day from my chairperson and have my post observation conference with the superintendent tomorrow from his observation back in Nov. I just got the write up back from the superintendent to bring tomorrow and it was glowing. I can't wait for my tenure review and to be tenured (knock on wood)

Congrats- it must feel incredible!
