i was soooo tired after hanging out with liz & wanda last night i never got them into the vcr - anyway... if i have the motivation, i'll get them in tonight - i may not though - i already did the gym today......

ok - i tried the initial start up/warm up one - it's an instructional teaching you the basics.... so far... so good - i liked it!!!!!!!!!!!!
