he's taking off a few days next week (finally!) and we're going to hershey for a mini-vacation!
we wanted to go somewhere relatively cheap but fun.
we'll go to hershey park, gettysburg and/or amish country.
any other suggestions??

We are doing the same thing next week, only not to Hershey, PA. My FH and I are both on vacation next week and we are going to AC for a few days!!!! I can't wait! Have fun!

How much are you guys spending to go to Hershey?
I checked it out yesterday and for the weekend with a massage for each would top out at about $650. Is that normal?

we're staying at the wyndham and i think it's like $150 a night. i would have loved to stay at the real hershey hotel. what fun!
i think a hershey ticket is like $45 or so. don't know anything about a massage though...

Oh, is the Whyndam far from Hershey? I really don't remember the last time I was there, I was about 4!
I didn't even think to go to another hotel, wasn't sure if there even were any!

We went to Hershey and stayed at the Wyndham last summer. It was nice and close (maybe about 10 minutes) to the park and the other attractions. The hotel will give you directions to the park...it was easy but we did get lost trying to find the hotel from the parkway when we first arrived. Try to call the hotel and get directions, we used mapquest. Have a great time!
