the dress is an oleg cassini from david's bridal. i wouldn't let them do alterations.

the bustle is a 'pick up bustle'.

I though I recognized the dress. I have an Oleg also...but I can find pics of it anywhere. It is very similar....I also went to phyllis, becuase I was afraid..now that Ive seen this thread I know I made the right choice.
