I've been saving all the information you ladies have shared for some time under 'Favorites' in different folders so I can be organized. Now I can't find what my daughter is asking me.
She is looking for very good quality invitations and wants to order from a store as opposed to a vendor who works from her home or from online. The quality of the paper is very important to her. I checked in Party City a d Wrapwithus and they both have great prices. She will probably order her programs and Save the date from one of them, but she wants better invitations for the wedding. Does anyone know of a store on the Island, or in Manhattan, with high-end invitations at a discount prices.
I got my wedding invtitions from Lizard Designs and they were beautiful and the quality was the best I'd seen anywhere!
I got my RD invitations from My Gatsby and I printed them myself.
I got my RD idea from STD and then made it myself.

A lot of the vendors that work at home - like Kathy from Follow your heart work with companies that do invitations. I ordered mine from someone who works from her home. She was a distributor of Encore. So we looked through the catalogs and ordered from her. It was great because she was able to advise on wording and inners, lining and a ton of other stuff.

They have TONS of invitations! Great Quality! But a little pricey.
I am ordering mine from Invitiations by Cathy from Sweet Nut Hut, in Deer Park. She is a vendor here.

Encore makes very good invitations and they have retailers on their site -
I used Party Giant, but I have heard nothing but good things about Cathy's Sweet Nuy Hut, and they have been around forever.

I got mine at Proper paper in Plainview. They only sell high end invites. The store has been a staple in Plainview since I was little. My family has gotten all o four family function invites from them.

Rebeka from Favorite Places in Nesconset was great. I had my invites picked out. WHen I went to her house to order them, she had the book open to the page. She still spent almost 2 hours helping us (mom & I) with the wording, ink color, etc. I didn't get MY invites but I got a sample and they look great. She is a vendor on here so you can get her number.
