Yet another tipping question...

How do you factor the tips for those vendors who work for themself? It is their company - just cuirious? I have a bunch of those!

Also, I am paying for my BM hair as their gift - how much do I tip? She works for herself?

I am just so confused with this tipping!

I am not planning on tipping the vendors who own their own business UNLESS they go above and beyond the contracted services. That does not mean that if the vendor brings an assistant I won't tip the assistant, nor does it mean I won't be prepared to tip the vendor themself - only that it is not a foregone conclusion.
