I don't know when my shower is but i feel terrible that i forgot to put this person's name on the list i gave to my sister months ago. How would you feel if you got invited to a shower last minute or via phone call instead of a paper invite? And what excuse could the host give to you that would make you feel better??? I don't know if this is last minute or not but just covering all possibilities.... ya never know....

unfortunately, i think your sister may have to take the rap for you. if she pretends it was totally her error than she'll never know it was you.

you can have your sister cal her and say that her invitation just was rturned in the mail because you did not have the right address or enough postage..and give her all the info on the telephone.
