I went for an interview yesterday and they already want me back on Thursday. This morning, I got another interview fro Thursday morning. The guy from the first interview just emailed me with a time. Here's my dilemma:
#1 @ 9am in Port Jeff
#2 @ 10am in Southampton...I emailed him and asked to move it to 11am...
Did I screw up by asking to push it back?

I don't think so at all! It would be hard to get from one to the other and you don't know how long the first one will take so pushing the other one back won't make you feel rushed.....
Also, it shows that you aren't just sitting around with open time for whenever he calls!

I don't think it's a problem to ask to change the time. When I was interviewing I had a few times where I had to ask to switch an interview time. As long as you do it in advance, it shouldn't be a problem.

No - as someone who works in H.R. and deals with scheduling interviews all the time, this isn't an issue. Plus, you gave more than a day's notice. You're fine!

i agree, my only concern is that if the interview is going well and takes some more time do you have enough time to get to southampton?

no not at all...but i even think 11 is pushing it to be in Southampton. I would have made it for more like 11:30-12 to give yourself plenty of time. Good luck!!

ITA...I have scheduling nightmares... it comes with the territory.
