we are going to get our marriage license tomorrow right after work...im a little nervous that i will have problems and they will tell me i've been married before like what happened to some other LIW brides.
thats why i'm going so early to get the license..so tat if we do run into problems at least we have a slight chance of gettting it cleared up in time for the wedding!

other brides (i know of at least one on LIW) went to get their license & the people said they had one already...which means someone used their name to get a marriage license.
it was on the news a few weeks ago too..that people would get the license & then marry an illegal immigrant to make them a citizen.
sooo scaryyy!!! i hope that FH and I are not 'previously married!!!!' yikesssss!!!! i am soo nervous to find out!!!!

Best of luck-that is why I am planning on going with FH as soon as possible (we actually downloaded the forms and filled them out-ready to go!) We can go as of Sept. 18. I wanted to go to make sure it got done, and after I heard about that LIW bride who was told that she was already married, I was sold on the idea that I can do a lot more about it 2 months in advance!
You would think that there are safeguards this day and age! I felt so bad for that girl-you think they would figure out that she couldn't be married at 12, so there must be something fishy!
