Ladies I just wanted to share that today is the one year anniversery from the day I decided to lose weight.....I have since lost 100 lbs. And I am feeling great!!!!
- I am so twisted right now ...I drank a bottle of champagne myself....celebrating.....hehe

I made atkins my friend and it has worked for me and I am not@ The home plate yet..still need to lose 50 lbs but god. Willing I got a year.5 months to do so.....
You can do it.....I however have been slacking off!

Carbs are the devils food but oh soooo goood that is the bad side of atkins......you can add complex carbs when you get to the matience stage and their shakes r awesom!

Wow you are my inspiration!!! Since my sister passed i packed on a prettty good amount of weight! Been losing slowly. When I tell FH i lost weight he said he won weight!! heheh howd you stay so focused!! I am sooooo happy for you! AWESOME!!!!
