Usually gyms have yoga classes...
you can look into that if you are interested in a gym

I teach a yoga class at Koga Gym in Selden. I also attend classea at a yoga studio in Setauket. FM if you want more info. I love yoga, it is my life

Inner Balance in Farmingdale. It's right on Main Street. She has the most convenient class times and I am SOOOOOO relaxed when I leave there. Here's the schedule:

I was thinking of joinning that guy is that the one for 10.00a month?? I live right in that area
