I'm interested in Bikhram yoga, it;s the one where they turn the heat up to 100 + degrees..Sounds crazy I know, but I read it has amazing effects. Anyone now of a place? Or has done it??

I'm going to try Bikram in RVC!! So looking forward to it!! Anyone who wants to try it with me is welcome, they have a very flexible schedule. Otherwise, I'll be making a fool of myself alone

just got back from the yoga class....it was amazing!!!!! pretty hard but i made it through in one piece. fm me if anyone is interested on joining me, i'm going to go everyday
Birkam yoga is AMAZING! I love it! I go to the studio in RVC as well as a studio in NYC during the week after work. I can't say enough about it...i LOVE it...it is an AMAZING workout!!! Enjoy!!!

i had been looking into yoga for a while and finally took my first birkam class today. it was great!!
definetely a challenge, but i can't wait to go again. it was a really great workout...i totally recommend it!!!
oh yeah, i went to yoga oasis in woodbury. the class was small and the instructor was really helpful when i needed help!!
