Does anyone take class anywhere? I've been wanting to get into yoga and/or pilates.

Re: Yoga/Pilates
I take yoga in East Northport...I really want to get into pilates though, so let me know if you find anything!!! It's much better to go with someone for motivation

Re: Yoga/Pilates
I tried heated yoga.. i have tried classes at the gym but i dont really like them
I loveee bethanny frankel's yoga tape, its quick and my legs always look so much slimmer when i do it alot. I also like core fusion it mixes yoga/pilates on some dvds. Alwaysss get amazing results when i do CF (when im not being lazy lol)
i just ordered jennifer anistons yoga teachers dvd, im not impressed and she doesnt shut up
