your brother should first search the shelters. he may find a yorkie there, or another dog that he falls in love with. i work for an animal shelter and not that i have any business telling people what they should or shouldn't do, but to me it just seems so cruel to breed animals when up to 50% of all city shelter animals get euthanized each year because no one adopts them.
