my brother...my sweet sweet luv...is getting in September.
He is 24...she is 22.
I am both happy and not so much for him....for them both.

b/c they are young...not just in age, you know. they have had some really immature issues, which he said they resolved (mostly on her end) which I hope is true.
I think it takes a VERY mature 22 year old to handle the responsibilities of being a wife...and then a mother.
BUT, she loves my brother...he loves her, and they are relatively happy with their life together. I just wish they'd be content with that for a while, and grow more into the people they are sure to become, before taking such a big step...
and I guess part of it is...he's my baby. my first one true love...I am not jealous, I've just always been very protective...I just want his life to be everything it could be...everything he wants...

Aww Jess, your feelings are understandable. But right now you've got to be the supportive big sister who will kick her @ss if she hurts him!!

Marriage (and the result of it) is completely unpredictable. Right now you have to be there for them, support them, and only pray the best.

I would never not support him in this...he has my full support in everything and anything he will ever do in his life.
I don't have to agree with him to have his back...I love him too much to ever do that to him.
