so not that i had time to make this or anything, but i did the same thing for my sis 6 years ago and i couldn't wait to do it for my own!!
this made seating arrangements so easy b/c i got a visual of what it would look like and how close ppl were gonna be to each other, the ppl their surrounding...etc. i can move ppl and tables whenever or wherever and it made it that much easier. you will see that everyone is categorized as a different color. i'm a geek, i know!

That is so nice! Looks VERY time consuming though....I think I'll probably end drawing circles and stick figure people in my notebook....old school!

actually it didn't take that long. i was actually suprised. i did spend days tho switching ppl around!!!
