I was so concerned about where we were gonna take pics and to tell ya the truth I don't think we are gonna have time to take them anywhere besides my church and rh

we'll be taking them at the church and the RH and maybe at the park across the street...
it's a public town park i don't think they'd charge....

i really wanted to do them there for our E-Pics but screw that.. thats a payment for something else.. its amazing how these places rip everyone off because it says engagment or wedding wedding pics im not worried about the RH is Majestic GARDENS no need to go to any other garden ya know.. but e-pics.. that makes me cranky! hahaha

do you have any suggestions??? i wanted the beach but FH hates sand and will wear socks and sneakers on the beach..(drives me crazy)

it's $275 as long as you're done by $4:30pm. but i know, it's crazy. i am considering it only b/c they have pretty indoor rooms, in case it rains.

Well I took my e-pics at the garden city gazebo and there was no site fee. There is also the roslyn duck pond, that is nice too.

They are charging you to take photos? thats insane.

We are just taking ours in the part we are getting married in. I would never pay to take photos in a location, I would just find a different location

I found this on the Bayard Cutting Arb. site:

Advance reservations and a permit are required to take wedding or similar type photos at Bayard Cutting Arboretum. The permit must be obtained prior to the day of the event. The fee is $50.00 plus vehicle entry fees. No parties without permits will be allowed to enter the park. Call the park at 631 581 1002 for more information.

It says earlier in the paragraph that is $6 a vehicle.

if you arent far go look at Argyle park. there is a huge pond and a white waterfall spot its pretty ( just be careful of the goose sh!t lol its really pretty tho and i have seen wedding pics being taken there before
