You gotta be kidding me!!!!!

So Monday is the wedding. My groomsmen ordered their tuxes at Men's wearhouse in Bay Shore. The original guy we dealt with was great. FH went there with all his groomsmen and everything went fine. We had everything picked out but the ties. I went there another day on my own and not only was there only one guy there, but the guy had horrible customer service. I waited an hour before the guy acknowledged me. There were two ties I wanted to look at to finalize one and he didn't know where the 2nd one was. He took like two seconds and said he couldn't find it, rather than really looking for it or calling someone to find out what was going on with the tie, so I went around on my own to look for it. I never found it, so I told him, ok, just put the first one then and worst case scenario if I end up liking the other one I could always switch it. I specifically waited for the guy again like 20 minutes before I could tell him my final order. Eventually I told him and supposedly he put it in the computer. Granted, all my groomsmen went to pick up their tuxes and NONE OF THEM HAVE TIES!!!!! He's telling FH we never ordered them. I said to FH I will go down there and wring the guy's neck myself (same guy) Turns out the 2nd one was discontinued. But I ordered the first one and the guy messed it up. He better not charge us for rush delivery on the ties. That was his fault.

My FH went there to order tuxes in may for our november wedding, he got a price of 95 and out 40 dollars down...we went 2 months ago and they told us that who ever did that hit something wrong so they could no honor this already signed contract we had in our hand and left a deposit on...I flipped out so we are not renting from them and i contacting the head of the whole place to complain about how rediculous this was and how they just lost business to anyone i could tell

My FH went there to order tuxes in may for our november wedding, he got a price of 95 and out 40 dollars down...we went 2 months ago and they told us that who ever did that hit something wrong so they could no honor this already signed contract we had in our hand and left a deposit on...I flipped out so we are not renting from them and i contacting the head of the whole place to complain about how rediculous this was and how they just lost business to anyone i could tell

Yeah, the regional manager is definitely getting a call from me. Something similar like that happened to us. We were supposed to get a discount of $40 once the tie was picked out. I picked out the tie, and the discount was never applied. hmmm I wonder why, maybe because the guy never put the order in. They should of honored it. You guys had a contract. The update is that FH and the groomsmen found a tie that looked good and were able to buy 7 of them after running around to a few stores. They were also able to buy matching juvenile ties for our two ring bearers. So we were lucky it worked out. It cost them about $35 a tie though, so Men's Wearhouse better plan on compensating us somehow! FH and his guys are the best!!

yeah they deinately should of and we have been fighting them ever since but with a month to go i couldnt wait any longer and went with a different companyh
