i wont think ur crazy... but honestly. its a lot of work and stress. what are your reasons for wanting to make your own?

Well I wanted to do the 'branch' look so to say and everyone has quoted me on 125-175 per each cp's which I can't afford and it's not really one of my top priorities

It depends on what you are doing for centerpeices...I am using candles so I plan on doing my own but I think that you should have some1 else do iy or at least help you because you have so many other things to worry about....

if youre not dealing with real flowers... u can def do it yourself. if youre dealing with things that may die... i strongly suggest u hire some1

city. wholesale midtown, where every florist goes to get their stuff. but again, it might be easier to hire some1. do 1 cp..see eaxctly how much it costs and how much time/work it neeeded. dont find prices online.. physically go and buy the stuff and make one.

why not call Gina? she will def work with your budget

yea she actually sent me the lowest of everyone... I should just meet with her to see if we can make something kind of like what i want for cheaper. you are right! I just freak out when I calculate what people give me and posted it.

u can also meet with her, have her do 1 for u.. and find ways u can lower the price if its not what u want to spend.

I really wanted to do this...But I don't see how its possible! Think about it, flowers have to be fresh so u have to do it the day before of day of...how will u have time?

We were going to do our own branch CPs. We went to michaels, they have a BUNCH of branches to choose from, but I honestly think it might end up costing about the same price. you wont be saving much.
I plan on shopping around again and picking a few things up and TRYING to make a sample CP.
Also, walmart has that craft/fake flower area (well mine does) you can try there.

I want hangy/curly branches, most of the ones we found were straight or REALLY fake looking.

well in that case u definitely have time to play around with it and if I were doing something like that I would totally try it because I love doing that stuff!! I think it could definitely save u money!

My mom is making mine. But they are going to be very simple silk flower CP's and she can do it a little at a time. If you do silk maybe you can do it- but I wont if they are fresh flowers

i tried pricing all the stuff i would need to do a similar CP and it did come out to be about the same price as having someone else do it.
