Hi Mary, I'm not 100% sure, but I think the bride judges, and I think each gets a few rolls, and for some reason I don't think there is tape involved, but you could do it however you like, there are no set rules, the only rule is to have fun!!! Like I said I'm not 100% on this but I hope I helped a little bit! Good Luck and if you do this take pics and share!!!

I think she just judges, you can chose to have the next people who will be married be the ones to wear the tp dress, or you can have the people that have been married the longest or shortest to choose who wears the dress if you don't want too many people to choose from. Or you can combine tables or have each table do one, it all depends on how many people are there or, how much time you want to spend on this. I think someone did this recently at a shower I will try to find the pics or the post for you just give me a minute.
