you wake up in the morning and ask your spouse how the hell you got home.

My weekend was totally

Saturday was paperwork day. I have to file my taxes soon so I was going through everything and compiling my collections.

Sunday was a work day. I was on a conference call for about 8 hours to complete this migration. At least I am getting paid for the overtime.

Tonight, JW and I are going to a hockey game. I won a pair of tickets and we get to sit in the fancy seats.

Our weekend was also with house chores.

Except Saturday, dinner at a fellow LIWers house!!

Then last night after the Mets won, put Kevin in a good mood!!

Hmmm- the weekend was interesting.
We saw Body Count last night at The Crazy Donkey. They friggin came on at 11:30! We left after 40 minutes.
They were pretty good,though- that Ice T has some serious stage energy. Crazy Pimp.

Pottery Barn trip - zero success.

random stuff around the house.

watched a whole mess of Grounded for Life. Sadness that show is no longer around.

got our mattress so our bed no longer resembles a crib (queen frame with futon mattress plopped in the middle on the floor)

Berto and I put up a new fence. Hard and annoying work.

We also went to the flea market to pick up my veil and order our wedding bands. His is prettier than mine. I wanted plain. He got fancy. My 3 year old knocked over a mannequin in an ugly pink dress and got scowled at.

We had White Castle and I paid for it later that evening.

We had people over for supper and watched Borat. I hated Borat. But - like I said - my sense of humor is ... not normal.

We went to Connetquot park and wandered around the trails for a couple of hours with the boys.

Cleaned, laundry, the usual.

Not much.

I finally went to my old apartment to start the cleaning out process and brought the gifts we received at my shower to the place in which we live. this was Saturday. all the day.

I also found out that my husband is a chauvinist...b/c I was told it's my 'job' to put all of these new things away, since I wanted them and it's for the kitchen, which is my domain...and b/c I am a girl.

Sunday we went to mass and a crappy crappy brunch in Astoria.

then, I made dinner...a wicked sauce, and proceeded to drink lots of wine...and corrupted my MIL into having a glass with me

then, we watched GOOD tv. Planet Earth on Discovery...and then, had my world rocked by Jonathan Rhys-Meyers on the Tudors.

They usually do, though.
We should have our own RT generator, so that nothing relates to the bride boards.

Great idea!! Except the moderators have been lately and I don't expect them to be nice or helpful.
