That is interesting! Where did he come up with that one? I guess it could be good-its the whole sweet and salty combo. Kinda like chocolate covered pretzels.

well for christmas i got him a chocolate pig that had bits of applewood smoked bacon in it (his favorite bacon, and yes he has a favorite) so for valentines i thought i'd make him something similar but different. but i think it all started because he read it on some message board.

he got all technically with me last night bc i let him try a piece, lol. he goes 'jess, its amazing, first you get the chocolate taste, then the texture of the bacon, then its salty and the tiniest bit smokey, i need this everyday of my life'
