I write those in emails to my BMs and they are so confused...see even using 'BMs'. YOu know what that means but when i write to them, i have to spell it out

me too! I will use FH, RD, MOH, BM, CH - my poor BMs! I have to go back and spell out the words so they don't think I am looney! I have even said 'FH' while talking - - now that sounds goofy!

Every other site is blocked at work! Considering how many times I go on LIW a day, I wouldn't be surprised if they blocked this site too...I HOPE NOT!

LMAO.....that is so true!

I work for a company that manufactures medical supplies, so we abbreviate Blood Pressure as BP. I can't tell you how many times I read BP as 'Bridal Party'!!!!!!

There are a few other abbreviations like that, we call the Bill of Materials a BM, of course I read it as Bridesmaid!!
