you ladies should be proud!

I went food shopping and man, did i have to fight some urges! I got some 100 calorie snack things, whole wheat waffles, apples, oranges, lots of veggies....and avoided all the snack foods ( the 100 calorie packs dont count haha)! I'm really not starting hard core dieting untill monday so tonight i'm making ribs in my slow cooker but at least i'm getting a headstart!

100 calorie chocolate animal crackers are so good and the trader joe's veggies chips are also awesome.

I know this sounds weird...but I LOVE shopping for healthy food. I cant wait to go on Sunday...gonna stock up on some good foods to start 09 off right!

the healthier food are so expensive though!!!! I wish it was cheaper to eat healthy

i knooooooo-i love fresh veggies and fruit but it does break the bank-i spent over $60 today just picking up snack stuff-not even meat or milk or eggs or anything. oh well...i guess its still cheaper than lipo

i never ever buy fruits n veggies at the supermarket..its sooo expensive..

try going to a veggie stand/store.

and always look at sales..and buy meat in family packs and freeze them.

i agree with barb... there is a place called Fruit Tree in Copiague on Sunrise high way... my mom used to go there when i was a kid... i went in there on my own like a year ago... i bought so much stuff. i went to the registed thinking it was gonna be like 50 bucks... it was 18 bucks.

i'm a guy... when i shop i dont look at prices..

that place is awesome, and i recomend it to everyone. JUST FOR THE FRUIT AND VEGETABLES THOUGH!! lol
