My daughter & her MOH were close friends in college. Now they live far apart. She & I planned the shower together & she travelled to NY fm Florida for it. She was great to work with, designed the invites herself & did lots of little things to make the day special. On the day of the shower, just after it ended, she told my daughter some seriously nasty things. When they were repeated to me the next day I didn't believe it - it sounded nothing like the girl I'd worked with on the shower for so long. She called my daughter a witch & then sent her an e-mail listing things that went back 8 years, things she wasn't even involved in. To make a long story longer, 5 wks before the wedding she told my daughter she never wanted to hear from her again. So now one of her BM's will be her MOH. Go figure.

woah!! that MOH sounds like a mad woman...y bother traveling and helping so much for a person u claim to care for? let alone accept to be MOH..... i think thats past working out.. as far as being short...its ok...its not off by a lot.

That is so sad but there is nothing that can be done, tell your daughter to be strong....it will all be fine with the new MOH....there is a reason for everything that happens.
