I love those too! I'm planning on making mine, but I can't decide on a white show with a bling heel or a completely blinged out shoe. If you feel that you are DIY challenged (like I do) just youtube it! You can literally find a 'how to' video on just about anything there!! Buy a cheap pair of shoes and some rhinestones to play around with first and then if you like the results DIY your real shoes!

They are beautiful and you can def. DIY. On the other hand, in a long gown how much of the shoes will you see?
