how many people would your dream guest list have (assuming money didn't matter)? How many guests does your actual guest list have?

I WANTED: 100
I GOT: 159
REASON: stupid FMIL inviting semi-random people!

WANT:110-125
REALITY:170
REASON: He has a big family

WANTED TO INVITE: 225
INVITED: 262
COMING: 201 which is actually is exactly where we wanted to end up!

lookin back, it would probably be even less than what we sent out. and i definately wouldnt invite those NO SHOWS or last-minute cancellation ppl

Ugh no shows make me sick

We really wanted no more than 75 people at the wedding...buuut my parents' MUST INVITE list was 70 people alone.

WANTED: 75
INVITED: ~150
REASON: My family is small and there hasn't been a wedding in yearsssss...so I had no choice. Bleh. We're hoping for no more than 110.

I GOT: 160 and then some
REASON: Big family on both sides, and FH is inviting about more than half his company.
