Just out of curiousity... How many people here are working in the same field that they went to school for? Im not....... Im a supervisor in corporate travel agency.....I wanted to be a Radio or TV broadcaster.

I had no idea what I wanted to do other than probably be a starving artist! My job now is great, I am a technnician for the telephone company. I love being outside all day, even in bad weather, and working with my hands (except that I cannot wear my e-ring)

i got a certificate in WAN engineering and a bachelor's of technology (BTech) in Networking and Telecommunications. now im a network security engineer. so yeah, im doing pretty good.

I'm still on track. I'm a junior faculty member at stony brook university studying the neurobiology of drug addiction. got my bachelors in biology and my PhD in the biochemsity of drug addiction. close enough!
