Your opinon on this BM's dress?

What do you ladies think of this dress for bridesmaid dresses? I think I'm getting it in this color and adding some rhinestones ont he straps (under the bust, which will tie in the back) to add some glitz to it....

Gorgeous!!! The color is fabulous!! I wouldn't put any rhinestones on it though!!!

I thinks its a great dress...just a word of caution though...I tried it on for my girlfriends wedding and it just didnt fit me right. The strings that criss cross in front and tie in the back never lied right and the dress was all bunched up and didnt lay flat. The lady in the store said it never really works on girls that have decent size busts.
