I made sure I was shorter than DH. I wound up wearing these shoes, which were sooo comfy!!

im 4'11 so this doesnt matter to me hes always taller even when im in 5 inch heels lol...

Yes! Look in my shoe album - there's a pic of shoes that I loved, but were too high (when I was next to FH), so I had to return them. But I did wind up with another pair that I absolutley love!

My FH is maybe 6 inches taller than me, but I am wearing flip flops the entire day for comfort.

i haven't purchased my shoes yet but i did make FH put on his tux shoes and stand next to me in a couple of my pairs to see what height i can go up to just a personal preference to still be shorter than him that day i guess

I never really considered it, but I ended up getting low shoes because even though i LOVE a nice high heel, I don't want to be in pain. I'm gonna be on my feet for 12 hours straight, so 1' for me, please!!

I'm considering FH's height and comfort for the wedding--I want him to be taller than me so I'll probably just get 2in heels.

I fell in love with 4' shoes that make FH and I about the same height, with him maybe a 1/2 ' taller than me.

I def wanted to make sure that we were either the same height or he was taller.... I love my shoes

I would have to buy really high heels to be taller than FH and I would never buy heels that big because they would be really uncomfortable.

I'm wearing 4' heels which still leaves FH an inch taller than me....for the reception I'm changing into flats so it won't matter so much then. I found at least 3 pairs of 5' heels that I loved but I a) didn't want to be same height and b) they'd probably hurt like a b*tch

Fh and I are both really tall. He is 3 inches taller than me, but all of the shoes I like are at least 4 inches. I don't care for the every day, but there are going to be so many pics of us standing next to each other that day. I want hot shoes!

I am a good 8 inches shorter than FH so my shoes can be as big as I want them to be, although I don't want them to be too big cause I don't want to be in pain all night!!

This is pretty much my situation also, FH is about 2-3 inches taller then me. For everyday he doesn't care if I wear heels and am taller then him. For the wedding he specifically asked if I could wear lower heels. Its hard finding awesome shoes under 4'!
