I need to decide the flavors of my cake and just think this is impossible. LOL. Its so hard to please EVERYONE so a majority would help!!

vanilla or marble cake with cannoli cream filling, soooo yummy from dortoni's. orrrrr for a chocolate cake i'd go with dulce de leche filling

we wanted a cannoli cake but the bakery didn't have it so we did alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and raspberry jam fillings. it was delicious! there was choc and vanilla cake in every slice so it pleased everyone!
eta... what are your fillings? i think the flavor of cake depends on the filling flavor

For october I would do something 'Fall ish'...Like a spice cake, pumpkin mousse, something interesting.......Now I want cake!!!

We decided to do alternating tiers ..
Chocolate chip vanilla cream cake with layers of white chocolate mousse and dark chocolate mousse
Alternated with devils food cake with fresh whipped cream layers .

we're getting marble cake with one layer of french custard with fresh banana and another layer of white chocolate mousse
as you said, you'll never please everyone ... so just get whatever you & your FH like most

choc cake w hazelnut filling! yum
ok some people are allergic to nuts but def choc cake. see if you can alternate choc and vanilla layers

we are getting yellow cake / with vanilla custard, then another layer of yellow cake, with oreo mousse filling, with layer of chocolate cake
so vanilla and chocolate in it!!:)
