You're FIRED!

Have you ever been responsible for having to fire someone or getting someone in trouble and as a result the person was fired?

ETA: no, I have never had to fire anyone (i'm just not that important) and no, i never got anyone in a position to be fired)

I have been responsible for one person getting fired, and one more in the near future . I only had to fire one person myself, but all of 'my' employees are part-time college students so it is not like it is their career!

Yes, but in one case I found the other person a job in another company, so I didn't feel so bad.

yes i helped get someone fired! and it was soooo worth it. She was an HR person telling everyone what everyone was making and she was a psycho compusive liar who made nasty phonecalls to me after she was fired... making me realize i did the right thing.
