Holy cow! I can't believe it's over! It was the most exhausting day ever, but we walked away from it with rave reviews, so everyone had a great time! It wasn't true what everyone says, that the day goes quickly, at least not for me. It moved at the same speed as any other day, it was just the busiest day ever! Some tips for those yet to get married: make sure your dress fits COMFORTABLY at your final fitting. Something that feels a little snug or long during your fitting will feel waaaaay to tight and long when wearing it for six hours! Also, try to get a sneak peek into the reception hall before anyone else...it's the last time you'll pay attention to those details we all obsessed over while planning! And finally, take advantage of all the people who are there just to serve you...it's the one day that average people get treated like royalty, and it was an adjustment to realize I could literally ask for anything and didn't have to feel selfish or guilty (I asked for food to be wrapped up, and a plate of fruit for me to munch on during the party since I couldn't seem to stomach any of the heavier meal items). Review of vendors coming soon, but for now we're off to Aruba on our honeymoon!!
