Yummy Zucchini that I made last night.
I made zucchini last night that was so yummy and easy. Here's what I did
3 garlic cloves sliced
olive oil
zucchini sliced paper thin (cover with a damp paper towel until ready for use)
salt & pepper
1/2 lemon
In a skillet heat oil over very low heat, add sliced garlic and saute for 10 minutes, do not let garlic brown. Turn heat to medium and add zucchini and saute until soft. Season with Salt & Pepper, then squeeze some lemon juice over and cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
