ZALES GET S A BIG FAT F FROM ME!

I am sitting here drinking a glass of wine im soooo pissed off. ok...On December 19th I came across an awesome gift/sale on zales.com. I got my bridesmaid their gift, a butterfly diamond charm and neclace for like $36 each I was soo happy and exceited. Needless to say, I FINALLY get my ietm TODAY um like a month later but I told myself whatever the holidays slowed the shipping yada yada well guess what?! They send met he WRONG THING and I call them and apparently they r soo sorry but the butterfly charmis OUT OF STOCK and DISCONTINUED!?!?R u kidding me right now??? I spoke to s supervisor and was like 'I just want you to know I am disappointed and upset and NEVER plan to buy from zales again! UGH im sooo pised what a horrible experience imagine if my wedding was like next week omg!

that stinks but why in the world would they send a subsitution item rather than let you know it was out of stock and ask you if you wanted to change the order

noooo even better then ment to sent the right item cause they included the right reciept they f-ed up and dont have the merchandise to fix the mistake now!

ooh that *****. . i am annoyed with zales too. . I bought my wedding band there but returned it b/c they were dishonest about the price .. ugh. .

I dont like Zales At all and would never do business with them. One day before i was engaged me and FH were in queens center mall and we went to zales so i can show him the kind of rings i liked. Well we look kinda young for our age were both 26 now but at the time we were 25 and the lady thought we were 18. but with that said i picked out a ring and said i like this. so she goes oh thats way too much for the 2 of you (the ring was $3000), so i gave her a funny look. me and fh salary mines is 49k ayear and his is 52k. i said excuse me but we make more than enough to buy 15 of these rings. She tried to show us a ring that was $500 can you believe that lol. I was disgusted!!!! By the way we looked she assumed we couldnt afford anything. Needless to say he got my ring from Kays lol.
