this morning, i posted that zales ordered the wrong wedding rings for me. well, my fiance just got off the phone with the manager. my sales consultant told the manager that i picked the wrong ring. umm, what?! why would i ever pick a wedding ring that doesn't match my engagement ring?! obviously, my sales consultant is trying to cover her @ss. ugh, i'm so annoyed right now!

what's even funnier is that when i talked to my sales consultant 5 minutes before my fiance called the manager, she said that the manufacturer shipped the wrong ring.
now suddenly it's my fault?!

i asked her how long it would take for the new band to come in; she said 2 months.
i then told her that i want the ring rushed and she said it would be and that it still takes 2 months.
how exactly is that being rushed then?!
i honestly want to cry and scream at the same time.

Which Zales is this? It makes me nervous because we ordered our bands about a week ago and we are getting married in July. Not a lot of time to allow for mistakes! I'm nervous!!
