Has anyone ordered shoes from zappos.com? I want to order Nina shoes for my wedding since they seem to be the only shoe that DOESN'T hurt me. Zappos is the only place that has white in my size. Thanks!

I've ordered from them many times. They have great customer service. Last year, my grandmother was in the hospital and things were a bit dicey for a while. I was returning shoes to Zappos and accidentally dropped a pair of earrings into the box. They shipped the earrings back to me! Until then, I had no idea I had done that.

I have. There service is great. One time I ordered a pair of shoes late at night and they were delievered the next day!

Yayy thank you. I'm still upset that the plum manolos hurt and so did jimmy choos but hey at least I can spend that money on other things

Zappos is the best. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my wedding from there. One of the pairs was too big, so I shipped them back (they pay for shipping for returns). I wanted to order the size smaller but they didn't have any in stock. I called them and they were great on the phone. They promised that as soon as they were in they would e-mail me and they did. They also made me a 'VIP' because my size wasn't in when I wanted it- so from now on all of my orders are overnighted. I ordered the smaller size and they were at my door the next day. They are great.

I can never find my size in the store and order from them a lot. You cannot go wrong with them!
