How is it even possible to get shoes to me in 15 hours??

Zappos is amazing.. my shoes were ordered at 930pm last night, they are sitting in FH's office now.. Thank God for free 1 day shipping specials!!

I hope they fit and they are the right pink I want........

once i ordered shoes at 11pm and they were at my door at 7am. unbelievable

i ordered a dress from there last wednesday and got it on thursday. when i took it out of the package, it had makeup all over it. i called them and then sent me another one immediately, which i got on friday, and they gave me a $35 gift card for the inconvenience.

ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! I just bought shoes literally 30 seconds ago, and had to pay $25 extra to get them overnighted to me...GRRRR!!!!!

It's definitely not always free overnight shipping. I ordered from them a few weeks ago and it took about a week to get my shoes. I still think they are awesome especially their customer service!!

I think it's only sometimes... because my last order was not free overnight...

zappos is AMAZING!!! just ordered FH a pair of shoes

here is a tip....if you call them up for a question about your order or anything they will automatically upgrade you to their VIP status which means it is always free overnight shipping (even though they normally do get you overnight shipping when you arent a VIP it is guaranteed if you order by a certain time).

if you order from them frequently, you can get free overnight shipping upgraded

but if you're a new customer, that's not always the case.

also, i got free overnight shipping for life so i'm spoiled

im so mad i found out about zappos because im spending sooooo much money cant stop!!

They really are great and have the best customer service. I even had to exchange a pair, so they sent the new ones right away. I forgot to return the other ones and a month later they called, oh btw... and still didnt even give me a hard time, i just said i forgot.

totally awesome because other companies would have charged me for both and said tough
