anyone ever order anything from there?

my mom ordered pins for my bparty tomorrow on the 21st and paid for overnight shipping. she still didn't get them and called the customer service and they told her they weren't even made yet and he would TRY to get them out today so she would have them tomorrow. ummmm she paid for overnight 4 days ago....

that's unacceptable! i'm waiting on the phone right now to talk to them myself!

are the pins she ordered personalized? If so, it will ship over night from when it is created, but it probably takes a few days to create. I have only ordered stamps from zazzle, and when i created custom stamps it said it takes 2-5 days to make the stamp when I placed the order.

We had major issues with zazzle but eventually got our correct order (personalized stickers), 5 weeks after the original shipment was made. The product was great.

Finally after many emails and phone calls, everything was okay but thank goodness we had time to spare. I say pester customer service if you don't get update of shipment status soon.

FH ordered ties for his GM, nothing personalized, the package took forever to get to us and then when we opened the box it didnt look anything like the picture online! So now i have to return the box of ties (this weekend) and FH has to figure something else.

Then we got a 2nd box in the mail of the most hideous ties ever!! it looked like a crayola box melted...spots of all different colors. i called and asked why did i get this and if i'll be charged. Customer service response was they have no idea

I have ordered a lot of stuff from them. When you pay for overnight shipping it states, 'it is shipped overnight from the date it is created or produced'. Aside from that, everything I got from there has been beautiful.

Nuts! Sounds like their warehouse facility likes to wear blindfolds and send out merchandise! When we got a box with a baby's face on the mugs instead of our favor stickers, we were pretty shocked but had a good laugh!

I ordered personalized stamps from them. They printed them up pretty quick and I think they had them to us in about 10 days. Maybe they are still making the product? I hope it works out!
