Zero point foods.......

The other day, I was making frozen brocolli and added MollyMcButter and some garlic powder to it after it was finished in the microwave, it was so yummy! Just a thought incase you want to add some flavor to plain old veggies!

I also put fat free italian dressing on my baked potatoes, after awhile you get used to it and it is no points also, I eat a lot of turkey meatballs 1 point each and turkey bacon which is 3 slices equals 2 points.

I boil fresh veggies (zucchini, sometimes carrots - but they can add up to points, broccoli, asparagus, etc.) in chicken broth and drain the broth. Gives the veggies flavor and 0pts.
