I've heard alot of stories about some SERIOUS sensitivity afterwards. I got a whitening kit from my dentist and it works good enough for me.
I work in dental and bleach peoples teeth...zoom in my opinion gives the most sensitivity afterwards but it should only last 24 hours tops.
